Whether it’s a luxury lodge or static caravan, a sea view or a riverside location we’ll help you find something that’s just right.
To help you choose and to make the process easy, we’ve answered the five most common questions our team get asked…
How do I choose the best location for my holiday home?
With Largo Leisure you can choose from four holiday parks in some of Scotland's most stunning locations – all offering premium lodges and static caravans for sale
Decide which park works best for you and your family by asking yourself: what are your hobbies? What scenery do you want to enjoy? What do you want to do when you get here?
Are you looking for sandy beaches and craggy coastlines, tranquil riverside and dramatic highlands or a loch-side retreat? Do you want the exhilaration of adventure sports or the slower pace of nature walks, bird-watching and sightseeing?
Our parks on the Fife coast and Perthshire Highlands offer something for everyone. And the great news is that all of our parks are dog-friendly so any four-legged members of the family can enjoy their stay.

What about the costs?
When buying any property, location is key. The park location and the position of the property on the site are important factors.
Other things that will make a difference to the price you pay can be views, amenities available on the development, and the size and specification of the plot itself within the development.
The length of the agreement and how long the park is open throughout the year will also affect the price when you purchase a chalet.
Our lodge prices range from £85,000 up to £300,000.
Our static caravan prices range from £12,995 to £79,995
What other costs should you bear in mind?
Costs to consider when buying are:
Purchase Price
Site Fees
Energy costs: electricity, gas, LPG
Phone and Wifi cost
