No site fees until March 2028

Buying a holiday home is a considered decision, and the ongoing costs are part of that decision as much as the purchase price. For a limited number of properties across the Largo Leisure parks, we're removing one of those costs from the equation entirely: no site fees until March 2028.

What this means for you

Site fees are the annual charge for your pitch, covering park maintenance, communal grounds, and access to on-site facilities. On selected properties, that cost is deferred until March 2028, giving you well over a year of ownership before it begins. It's one less figure to plan around while you settle into your holiday home and get to know your park.
