Date/accommodation changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to change bookings if the booking is within 8 weeks of arrival.

Changes made by us

Occasionally, we have to make changes to bookings. Whilst we endeavour to avoid making major changes, we reserve the right to do so in exceptional circumstances. This might include offering you one of the following:

Special requests

Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate any special requests made by you, such as allocation next door to family or friends, we cannot guarantee this. All special requests will be subject to £30 admin fee.

Weather

At times we will experience adverse weather conditions. We aim to keep our driveway and main entrance clear but at times of heavy snowfall direct-to-the-door access to all our accommodations may not be possible. We cannot be held responsible for travel disruptions resulting in non-arrival because of bad weather.

On arrival

Reception opening times vary. If you arrive when reception is closed, please go to the main Reception where signage will direct you to the key collection area.

The park

Our holiday parks are situated in rural locations so there are areas of uneven ground, natural hazards, unmade paths and limited lighting. Please therefore take special care to avoid accidents. It is strongly recommended that guests bring a torch to enhance movement around the park during hours of darkness. Please ensure you are aware of natural features such as rivers etc and supervise children and pets accordingly.

Park WiFi

Whilst we endeavour to have high-speed WiFi across our parks, due to their locations, this isn't always possible. Please note that the WiFi is not always reliable for business use, streaming use, or supporting medical equipment or monitors.

Boats

Available at our Loch Tay Highland Lodges Park only. We have limited space in the marina for temporary boat berths. If you wish to bring a boat on holiday with you this must be booked at least 8 weeks in advance by calling 01567 820 323. Availability of berths cannot be guaranteed. Please Note: Jet Skis are not permitted.

The Boathouse Restaurant

Available at our Loch Tay Highland Lodges Park only. The onsite Restaurant opens seasonally and opening hours vary, please check opening hours at the time of booking.

Guest Restrictions

We aim to provide a great experience for all families and couples and to achieve this for all our guests, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings (without refund) from:

  • Persons under the age of 21
  • All adult groups including stag and hen or any other parties that disrupt other guests
  • Anyone who is abusive to our team either before or during their holiday
  • Anyone else who we might think will spoil things for our other guests

Hot tubs

Some properties have hot tubs.  On each departure, all hot tubs are drained and cleaned and water is replenished and ready for each arrival.  This may mean that your hot tub will not be ready for use until the morning after arrival. We endeavour to get the hot tub ready for arrival. For guests staying in accommodation with wood-fired hot tubs, ready for you to start heating the hot tub. Please note we do not pre-light the hot tubs.  Please ensure you read and follow all guidelines regarding hot tub use.  Any damage to hot tubs caused by misuse will be charged for. If the tub requires refilling during your stay due to misuse, there will be a charge £50 that must be paid prior to our team doing this.  On the occasion that a hot tub is unavailable to use during a guest's stay, and for circumstances beyond our control, we would consider providing a refund for the hot tub element of their stay.

Children

Children always remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians in the accommodation, on the park grounds and during any activities. Please ensure your children are always supervised and make sure you always know where your children are.

Behaviour

You are responsible for the behaviour of all members of your party. Please show consideration to other guests, our team and our location. Noisy or disruptive behaviour, wilful damage to the location or accommodation or other behaviour considered by our team to be inappropriate may result in us asking you or a member of your party to leave the location immediately. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances, and we reserve the right to claim compensation for damages or inconvenience caused. Our parks are family-friendly, and we ask all guests to respect this, especially so around the camping and glamping areas and to adhere to a quiet time from 10pm in the evening.

Damage to property

Your property will be inspected after departure. You are responsible for the actual costs of any breakage or damage found in the accommodation along with any additional costs that may result. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any guest for any reason. We reserve the right to evict offensive persons or pets. No refunds will be made. We reserve the right to make charges against credit cards or to invoice for damages. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all properties and shared amenity areas.  Removal of smoke odours in buildings is extremely difficult and we reserve the right to evict any guest who we suspect is smoking or drug taking in any of our properties. Charges will be made to the guest to cover costs of any cleaning, deodorising, and any loss of future rental revenue, which may occur as a result of smoking within a property.

Dogs and pets

Some properties allow pets when booking a property, you MUST inform us at the time of booking if you wish to bring a dog or a pet. We will then be able to advise if a pet-friendly lodge is available. If you book a pet-friendly lodge, please ensure that dogs are provided with their own bed. Up to two dogs are welcome in designated accommodation. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Guests will be liable for any damage caused or extra cleaning that may be required and you will be charged for this accordingly. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times and please do not allow your dog to foul the areas in the immediate vicinity of the lodges. All dog waste must be collected. There are dog waste bins located around the park. Dogs must never be left unattended in the lodge unless caged. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate insurance coverage before you book your holiday. Please make an extra effort before leaving the lodge to vacuum up all dog hairs. Annoyance to other guests if considered unreasonable will result in eviction. We do not accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act which are: Pit Bull Terrier, DogoArgentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. XL bullies must be muzzled and kept on a lead at all times whilst staying on park. Our standard charges for pets are £40.00 per week for a dog or £25.00 per short break in lodge accommodation and £25 per stay for glamping and camping holidays. Please note there are no charges for the touring pitches and the grass camping pitches

Complaints

It is important to us that you enjoy your holiday, and every effort has been made to ensure this. However, in the event of any concerns with your property, we as the booking agent, together with the property owner, will want to act as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact the team at the main reception immediately if any problem arises so that it can be resolved as soon as possible. It is extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to sort out difficulties unless reception is told promptly. If you report any issues to reception during your stay it can usually be resolved quickly.  We cannot accept any legal responsibility for your holiday property.
