Sauchope Links sits on the East Neuk coast, a few minutes from Crail, one of Fife's oldest fishing villages. The Fife Coastal Path runs directly past the park, so a walk before breakfast or a stretch of the legs after dinner is never far from the door. Crail harbour is close enough for an evening of fish and chips or fresh lobster landed that morning, and St Andrews, the home of golf, is around ten miles away.
On the park itself, there's a heated outdoor pool, an indoor recreation room, a children's play area, a book swap and a shop, everything you need without leaving the park. How far is Sauchope Links from St Andrews and Crail?
Crail is a few minutes away, with its harbour, shops, and well-known fish and chip spots. St Andrews, home of golf and one of Fife's best-known towns, is around ten miles away, roughly half an hour by car.
What facilities are on-site at Sauchope Links?
The park has a heated outdoor pool, an indoor recreation room, a children's play area, and an on-site shop, alongside direct access to the Fife Coastal Path.
Will I really be able to see dolphins from the plot?
Dolphins are regularly spotted from the coastal positions at Sauchope Links, particularly from the elevated pitches looking out towards the Isle of May, Bass Rock, the Firth of forth and beyond.
Can I use the holiday home all year round?
Holiday parks are granted a licence from their local authority and this licence dictates the time the holiday home can be used. Sauchope Links has an 11-month season, running from 1st March until 15th January.
What's the difference between a front row and an elevated plot?
Front row plots sit directly on the seafront line, with only craggy coastline between the deck and the water. Elevated pitches are set back and raised above the park, giving a wider, panoramic view across the Firth of Forth.
Can I visit before I register interest or reserve a plot?
Yes. You can arrange a viewing at Sauchope Links to see both plot positions in person before deciding, or register your interest here to hear from the team first.
