Guest Information
Starting your holiday
When you arrive on park, please head straight to our reception building to check in.
Please make sure that you have your booking information ready.
When you check in we will provide you with essential park information, a park map and will highlight where you will need to drive to access your accommodation.
You can also purchase some essentials at our on-park shop.
Top tip: When at reception you can request more logs for your wood fired hot tub or fire pits.

Any non-urgent enquiries or issues should be reported to the main reception during normal opening hours.
Medical emergencies - Please call NHS24 or the Emergency Services direct.Smoking is strictly prohibited in accommodations and we ask that you keep to this.
Wi-Fi
Our wi-fi service is provided by Pulse Broadband and is charged at £2 per night per accommodation, and this can support up to 5 devices. To access the wi-fi please apply to reception.Please note we are currently unable to provide Wi-Fi for any of our touring pitches.
If you experience issues with the wi-fi, please contact Pulse Broadband on 0333 240 8433. Please note that our staff are unable to assist with this.
ParkingWhen you check in to your accommodation you are welcome to park in our reception spaces. When you can access your accommodation, we ask that you park within the one designated parking space for your accommodation. We ask that you do not drive on the grassed areas. There is a limit of one car per accommodation, extra vehicles can park in the overspill car park located outside reception.
Please note that high sided, commercial or sign-written vehicles are not permitted. Due to fire regulations, and habitable vehicles such as motorhomes, campervans etc are not allowed to be parked next to any unit of accommodation and will need to be parked at reception.
Park speed limit for all vehicles is 10mph and we ask that you please drive with caution.
Refuse - Please do not leave rubbish at your accommodation. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated refuse enclosure located at the top of the main drive.
Quiet time is between the hours of 10pm and 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect other park guests and keep noise to an absolute minimum. We do not welcome rowdy groups and noise, nuisance, loud music, offensive language or anti-social behaviour. These will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave. No refund will be given. If you experience unacceptable levels of noise or disturbance at any time during your stay, please contact the emergency staff on 07415 324416.
Dogs are welcome onsite in pre-booked pet friendly accommodation. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and any additional pets are at the discretion of the park manager and must be agreed prior to your arrival. Dogs must be always kept on a lead and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. Pets must not be left in cars or any accommodation (including your own) unaccompanied.
Logs can be purchased from main reception (Order before 4pm) -Do not collect wood or chop trees from the local woods. Fire pits must not be moved.
Please note we do not allow Disposable BBQ's on parkToilets & Showers are only available to those staying on park and not for public use. A key for the disabled toilet is available at reception on request.

These areas are checked and cleaned regularly, however if you notice a problem in-between checks or supplies need to be restocked, please let reception know as soon as possible.
The laundry and dishwashing areas are situated within the amenities block. The washing machine takes £1 coins only and costs £4 per wash. The tumble dryer takes £1, 50p, 20p and 10p coins and cost £2 for 20 minutes. This room also has an ironing board and dish washing facilities for your use. An iron is available from reception.
Hot Tubs – On each departure all hot tubs are drained, cleaned and water replenished prior to each arrival. If your property is a changeover, then this may mean your tub may not be ready for use until the morning after arrival.
On park shop – Our main reception area has a small shop that stocks basic holiday essentials.

Activities
Fun for all!
We have several activities available for guests and visitors throughout the year.
The River Earn offers our guest the opportunity to fish during their stay with us. There is a small charge for fishing permits as follows:
- Brown trout – permits are £12 per adult per day and £6 per child per day (season is 15th March to 6th October)
- Salmon and sea trout – from 1st February to 31st July permits are £25 per adult per day and £15 per child per day, and from 1st August to 17th October permits cost £35 per adult per day and £15 per child per day. Note that there is no fishing for salmon and sea trout on Sundays or any Saturdays in October.
Permits are available to purchase from reception or Crieff Garden Centre.
We offer family-friendly activities at our sister Park, Loch Tay Highland Lodges, which is just 30 miles from Braidhaugh. All our activities on-site are family-friendly, and most can be booked online in advance.

To help you have a smooth departure, please see our handy tips below:
- You must be all packed and left your accommodation by 10 am
- Leave your accommodation clean, tidy and undamaged
- Close all windows
- Leave the property clean and tidy and as you found it
- Remove all rubbish to the bin collection point located at the top of the main driveway
- Return your key to the main reception
- Report any damage or breakages before you leave
- Don't forget to let us know how your stay was by completing this short survey
