Starting your holiday 

When you arrive on park, please follow the road signs and head straight to our reception building to check in.

Please make sure that you have your booking information ready.

When you check in we will provide you with some essential park information, a park map and will highlight where you will need to drive to access your accommodation.

You can purchase any last-minute essentials at our on-park shop.

Parking  
When you can access your accommodation, we ask that you park within the one designated parking space for your accommodation please and that you do not drive on the grassed areas. There is a limit of one car per accommodation however additional parking is available at reception.

Park speed limit for all vehicles is 10mph and we ask that you please drive with caution.

Refuse - Please do not leave rubbish at your accommodation. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated refuse enclosure located next to the reception.

Quiet time is between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. We ask that you respect other park guests and keep noise minimal during this time. We do not welcome rowdy groups, noise, nuisance, loud music, offensive language, or anti-social behaviour. These will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave. No refund will be given. If you experience unacceptable levels of noise or disturbance at any time during your stay, please call the site warden on 07534 318020

Dogs are welcome onsite in pre-booked pet-friendly accommodation. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Dogs must be always kept on a lead and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. Pets must not be left in cars or accommodation unaccompanied.

Hot Tubs – On each departure all hot tubs are drained, cleaned and water replenished prior to each arrival. If your property is a changeover, then this may mean your tub may not be ready for use until the morning after arrival.

Please note: parents/guardians Children always remain the responsibility of parents / guardians.
We do not allow disposable BBQ's on the park.

Fun for all!

We have several activities available for guests and visitors throughout the spring and summer seasons.

Please note: From the 31st of October, our swimming pool will close for the season, and reopen in March.

Fishing
The River Endrick offers our guest the opportunity to catch and release during their stay with us. Guests are free to fish, you just need to prove your holiday reservation if you are asked by the bailiff. Please note that no salmon fishing is allowed; only trout fishing is allowed from July to October. 

Swimming Pool
We offer family-friendly activities on Campsie Glen, including a children's park, a pool area with a heated leisure pool, a hot tub and a toddler pool (for under 5s). The swimming pool is heated and covered.

• The Swimming pool opening times: Open from April - October, six days a week
• Swimming sessions are 45 minutes and must be pre-booked
• To pre-book your swimming, please pop to reception during your stay with us
• Swimming is subject to a charge of £3.00.

On Park Entertainment
Guests can enjoy entertainment during peaks season on a Saturday in the Campsie Glen Bar & Bistro, however it is subject to change so we would advise checking our Facebook Campsie Glen page here for the latest entertainment information. 

Games Room
We also like to keep the little big kids entertained. We have an indoor games room open from 10 am until 10 pm most days and an outdoor children's play area for the younger ones. 

Bar & Bistro 

Our Bar & Bistro welcomes the whole family, including dogs, but we ask that they be kept on a lead and are well-behaved. 

We offer a selection of meals that can be found on the specials board, including meals for the kids. Please let our team know if you have any allergies or intolerances. 

We advise you to pre-book a table for the Bar & Bistro as it's very popular!

To help you have a smooth departure, please see our handy tips below:

• You must be all packed and left your accommodation by 10 am and for touring guests check out is 12pm
• Leave your accommodation clean, tidy and undamaged
• Switch off all heaters in the property and close all windows
• Leave the property clean and tidy and as you found it
• Remove all rubbish to the bin collection point located next to reception
• Return your key to the main reception
• Report any damage or breakages before you leave
• Don't forget to let us know how your stay was by completing this short survey
