Starting your holiday
When you arrive on park, please head straight to our reception building which is located at our sister holiday park Loch Tay Highland Lodges next door to check in.
Check in time is 4pm.
Please make sure that you have your booking information ready.
When you check in, we will provide you with essential park information, a park map
and directions to your accommodation.Don't forget to share your holiday memories!

Any non-urgent enquiries or issues should be reported to the main reception during normal opening hours.
Medical emergencies - Please call NHS24 or the Emergency Services direct.Smoking is strictly prohibited on park and in accommodations and we ask that you keep to this.
Please Be Aware – Due to the rural location of the park there will be areas of uneven ground, natural hazards, unmade paths and limited or subdued lighting. Extra care should be taken to avoid accidents. Be aware of natural features such as the loch, rivers etc. The use of a torch is strongly recommended during dark and low light times of day.
Parking
When you can access your accommodation, we ask that you park within the one designated parking space for your accommodation. We ask that you do not drive on the grassed areas. There is a limit of one car per accommodation, extra vehicles can park in the overspill car park located by reception at Loch Tay Highland Lodges.Park speed limit for all vehicles is 5mph and we ask that you please drive with caution.
Refuse - Please do not leave rubbish at your accommodation. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated refuse enclosure located at the top of the park by the main entrance.
Quiet time is between the hours of 10pm and 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect other park guests and keep noise to an absolute minimum. We do not welcome rowdy groups and noise, nuisance, loud music, offensive language or anti-social behaviour. These will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave. No refund will be given. If you experience unacceptable levels of noise or disturbance at any time during your stay, please call the site warden on 07980324272.
Dogs are welcome onsite in pre-booked pet-friendly accommodation only. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, if you are looking to bring more, please make our team aware in advance of your stay. Dogs must be always kept on a lead and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. Pets must not be left in cars or accommodation unaccompanied.
Hot Tubs – On each departure, all hot tubs are drained, cleaned and water replenished before each arrival. If your property is a changeover, then this will mean that your tub won't be ready for use until the morning after arrival.
On park shop – Our main reception area has a small shop that stocks basic holiday essentials.

Children always remain the responsibility of parents / guardians.

We have several activities available for guests and visitors throughout the year.
All our activities are located on-site at our sister park Loch Tay highland Lodges and are family-friendly, and most can be booked online in advance.

You will find an outdoor children’s play area located opposite main reception at Loch Tay Highland Lodges across the main drive for children up to 12 years (children must be always supervised by an adult)

Local Hill Walk
The start of our 2-mile hill track walk is through the gate opposite Loch Tay Highland Lodges park's main entrance. All guests are welcome to use the track – please keep dogs on a lead if there are cows or sheep.
Our track also allows access to the Ben Lawers National Trust area with further walking areas.

Dining On Park
On-site
Located on site Cruachan Café, offers a warm welcome to guests and the public Thursday to Monday- 8am till 12 noon and is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Our sister park next door, Loch Tay Highland Lodges, offers a lochside restaurant and bar, The Boathouse Kitchen & Bar serving lunch and evening meals for all the family, including a dog-friendly menu!

Alternatively, there are a selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Killin, a short drive away.
Heading Home
To help you have a smooth departure, please see our handy tips below:
- You must be all packed and left your accommodation by 10 am
- Leave your accommodation clean, tidy and undamaged
- Switch off all heaters in the property and close all windows
- Leave the property clean and tidy and as you found it
- Remove all rubbish to the bin collection point located at the top of the main driveway
- Return your key to the main reception
- Report any damage or breakages before you leave
- Don't forget to let us know how your stay was by completing this short survey
