Starting your holiday
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Loch Tay Highland Lodges!
- When you arrive on park, please head straight to our reception building to check in.
- Check in time is 4pm.
- You may arrive on site earlier if you have activities booked or wish to use our onsite restaurant. If you do arrive early, please use the car park located beside the restaurant.
- Please make sure that you have your booking information ready.
- When you check in, we will provide you with essential park information, a park map and directions to your accommodation.
- You can purchase any last-minute essentials at our on-park shop including logs.
- Don't forget to share your holiday memories!

Reception opening times – open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm
Out of hours - We have an on-site warden who may be contacted outside of main reception opening hours. Contact telephone number: 07980324272
Any non-urgent enquiries or issues should be reported to the main reception during normal opening hours.
Medical emergencies - Please call NHS24 or the Emergency Services direct.
There is a public use defibrillator located in the late arrivals room at the main reception which is available 24/7
Smoking is strictly prohibited on park and in accommodations and we ask that you keep to this.Wi-Fi
We know some guests like to stay connected during their break, while others love the chance to switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you do need Wi-Fi during your stay, we offer a simple, pay-as-you-go service across the park.
Our Wi-Fi is provided by a partner, working in partnership with EE. As we’re in a beautiful but very remote, off-grid location, the service runs on mobile data, which means it’s more limited than home broadband and is charged per day.
Wi-Fi Prices- 1 Day – £2.50 (24 hours)
- 3 Days – £5.00 (72 hours)
- 7 Days – £7.50
- 30 Days – £12.50
Our wi-fi service is provided by Pulse Broadband and is chargeable by data. To access the wi-fi please speak to our team at reception for the wifi name.If you then connect to this network and follow the on-screen prompts to connect and choosing your price plan and setting up an account accordingly.
Please note you can only use your time allowance on the device used to set up the plan and not on multiple devices.At times due to our location the wi-fi can be unreliable, please TEXT any problems to Pulse Broadband on 0333 240 8433
Parking
When you check in to your accommodation you are welcome to park in our spaces outside of or behind reception. When you can access your accommodation, we ask that you park within the one designated parking space for your accommodation. We ask that you do not drive on the grassed areas. There is a limit of one car per accommodation, extra vehicles can park in the overspill car park located by reception.Park speed limit for all vehicles is 5mph and we ask that you please drive with caution.
Please Be Aware – Due to the rural location of the park there will be areas of uneven ground, natural hazards, unmade paths and limited or subdued lighting.
Extra care should be taken to avoid accidents. Be aware of natural features such as the loch, rivers etc. The use of a torch is strongly recommended during dark and low light times of day.Refuse - Please do not leave rubbish at your accommodation. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated refuse enclosure located at the top of the main drive.
Quiet time - is between the hours of 10pm and 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect other park guests and keep noise to an absolute minimum. We do not welcome rowdy groups and noise, nuisance, loud music, offensive language or anti-social behaviour. These will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave. No refund will be given. If you experience unacceptable levels of noise or disturbance at any time during your stay, please call the site warden on 07980324272.
Dogs - are welcome onsite in pre-booked pet-friendly accommodation only. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, if you are looking to bring more, please make our team aware in advance of your stay. Dogs must be always kept on a lead and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. Pets must not be left in cars or accommodation unaccompanied.
Hot Tubs – Please refer to the separate guidance information provided regarding the use of your hot tub.
On each departure all hot tubs are drained, cleaned and water replenished prior to each arrival.
If your property has a hot tub and it is a changeover day then it may mean your tub may not be ready for use until the morning after arrival.On park shop – Our main reception area has a small shop that stocks basic holiday essentials.
Restaurant on-site –Located on the lochside is our on park restaurant and bar, The Boathouse Kitchen & Bar serving lunch and evening meals for all the family, including a dog-friendly menu! We would advise you to check the website for opening times here.
Our sister park next door, Cruachan Farm Caravan & Camping Park, offers a warm welcome to guests and the public at their Cruachan Café, please check the website for the latest opening times.

Children always remain the responsibility of parents / guardians.
We do not allow disposable BBQ's on the park.Please note. Loch Tay Holiday Park reserve the right to cancel or amend any facilities or activities as advertised in the park without prior notice. Full terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.

Loch Tay Highland Lodges also offers Loch Tay Marina, where guests can access a wider range of different water sports, self-drive boats or guests can bring their own craft and moor with them. Please check with the park for latest costs.
Moorings must be booked in advance as availability is limited.

You will find an outdoor children’s play area located opposite main reception across the main drive for children up to 12 years (children must be always supervised by an adult)

Local Hill Walk
The start of our 2-mile hill track walk is through the gate opposite the park's main entrance. All guests are welcome to use the track – please keep dogs on a lead if there are cows or sheep.
Our track also allows access to the Ben Lawers National Trust area with further walking areas.

Dining On Park
The Boathouse Kitchen & Bar
We are delighted to have The Boathouse Kitchen and Bar on park, that has something for the whole family, including a menu for dogs!
The Boathouse is perfectly placed next to our marina, overlooking Loch Tay with stunning views across the water to the mountains.
Extending a warm Scottish welcome to all our guests, The Boathouse serves up a hearty menu, inspired by the fantastic range of produce that Scotland has to offer.

To help you have a smooth departure, please see our handy tips below:
- We ask that you are all packed and have left your accommodation by 10 am
- Leave your accommodation clean, tidy and undamaged
- Switch off all heaters in the property and close all windows
- Leave the property clean and tidy and as you found it
- Remove all rubbish to the bin collection point located at the top of the main driveway
- Return your key to the main reception
- Report any damage or breakages before you leave
- Don't forget to let us know how your stay was by completing this short survey
