Canoeing at Loch Tay

Guided canoe trips and hire on Loch Tay

With a qualified canoe guide, explore the stunning shores of Loch Tay on this family-friendly canoe adventure, where you'll master paddling skills, enjoy fun water games, and soak in breathtaking Highland scenery while watching for ospreys and sea eagles.

Suitable for adults and children aged 5+. Very young children  (5+) will sit on an extra third seat in the canoe, so there are still two people to paddle and control the canoe.

After a quick safety briefing, you'll get in your canoes and off you go to explore around the shores of Loch Tay.  Our Canoe trip will last 1.5 hours. You'll hear about the history of the Loch including the 18 crannogs (water dwellings) that once existed, the Clan McNab and hear about the resident beaver and osprey populations.
