Glamping is a word that has been around for a few years but what does it actually mean, well it derives it’s name from Glamarous Camping. If you’re not the sort of person who could live without a flushing toilet or a comfy mattress, then this is type of camping that you want to do.

Our Glamping Pods
You can still get the full experience of ‘being outdoors’ without having to sacrifice any of those luxuries we are all so used to.
Our timber glamping pods have electricity, private fire pit and picnic area and can sleep up to 5 people.
Pod Types
We have 2 different types of pods, standard and premium. The main difference between them is the premium glamping pod has a private shower/toilet and a few more amenities in the kitchen. If you want everything in one place then the premium pod is for you!
Standard Pods
If you choose the standard glamping pod the toilet and showers are located just a few steps away in our amenities lodge.
The kitchen also includes a kettle, microwave and toaster so you can definitely make yourself a cup of tea, something that’s pretty important to all the caffeine addicted people out there.
Glamping at Loch Tay Highland Lodges
We have a number of different options for glamping. Our timber glamping pods, glamping domes and hideouts are perfect for families or couples looking to get away from it all. They are all quite different from each other depending on what you want from the glamping experience.
