Golden Days

Imagine turning the key in your own holiday home this autumn. Then picture a whole year of weekends by the River Earn, or mornings on the Fife coast, with no site fees to pay. That's what our no-site-fees static caravans and lodges offer. On selected static caravans and lodges at Braidhaugh in Perthshire and Sauchope Links in the East Neuk of Fife, site fees are deferred until March 2028.
Buying a holiday home is a considered decision. The ongoing costs matter as much as the price. So here's a clear, friendly guide to what the offer covers, what it doesn't, and how to make the most of it.

Peaceful Stays

When you own a holiday home on a park, you buy the home and pay an annual site fee for its pitch. That fee looks after everything around your front door. At Largo Leisure parks, site fees cover:
Site fees start from £3,237 per year and vary by park and unit type. Either way, they're one of the biggest figures you'll plan around each year.
The idea is simple. Buy one of the selected holiday homes, and your site fees don't begin until March 2028.
What it means in practice

At the time of writing, three homes carry the offer, from £61,924:
The list changes as homes find their owners. You'll find the latest on our no site fees until 2028 page.
Braidhaugh is tucked along the banks of the River Earn, on the edge of the market town of Crieff in Perthshire. It's open all year round, with a 12-month season, so your holiday home is there whenever you need it.
On site, you'll find a clubhouse, children's play areas and riverside walks. Anglers can pick up permits to fish the River Earn.
Beyond the park gates, there's lots to discover:

The park has a heated outdoor pool, an indoor recreation room, a children's play area and a shop. The kids will love the pool on a bright summer day.

Ownership is also long term. At Largo Leisure parks it works through a licence agreement, a little like a lease. Agreements run from 10 years for a new static caravan to up to 40 years for a new lodge, and you can buy extra years when you purchase. Our ownership team will walk you through it all.
All six Largo Leisure parks are in Scotland, from Loch Tay to the Fife coast. Each one is chosen for its setting. Our parks are run by people who know them inside out, and our holiday homes are built to be as low-maintenance as possible. That way, your time is spent on the good stuff, not the upkeep.
