For bookings made selecting the Non-Refundable Rate, bookings are non-refundable, non-amendable and non-cancellable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Bookings made with the Flexible Rate can be amended or cancelled up to 4 weeks before the holiday start date. Please note that the deposit is non refundable regardless of cancellation date.
