What things will make a difference to the cost of my holiday home?

When buying any property, location is key. The park location and the position of the property on the site are important factors.  

Other things that will make a difference to the price you pay can be views, amenities available on the development, and the size and specification of the plot itself within the development.

The length of the agreement and how long the park is open throughout the year will also affect the price when you purchase a chalet.

Our chalet prices range from £59,950 up to £199,000.

Our static caravan prices range from £11,995 to £60,000

We keep our parks open up to 365 days a year to help you make the most of your investment.
