Starting your holiday
When you arrive on park, please head straight to our reception building to check in.
Please make sure that you have your booking information ready.
When you check in we will provide you with essential park information, a park map and will highlight where you will need to drive to access your accommodation.
You can also purchase some basic essentials at our on-park shop.
Top tip: When at reception you can request more logs for your wood fired hot tub or fire pits.

Out of hours - We have an on-site warden who may be contacted out with the main reception opening hours. Contact Tel: 07415 324 421.
Any non-urgent enquiries or issues should be reported to the main reception during normal opening hours.
Medical emergencies -Please call NHS24 or the Emergency Services direct.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on park and in accommodations and we ask that you keep to this.
Wi-Fi - Our wi-fi service is provided by Leisure Connect and is chargeable by data. To access the wi-fi service use your device and search for wi-fi networks looking for SAUCHOPE LINKS PARK.
If you then connect to this network and follow the on-screen prompts to connect and choosing your price plan and setting up an account accordingly. Please note you can only use your time allowance on the device used to set up the plan and not on multiple devices.
At times due to our location the wi-fi can be unreliable, please TEXT any problems to Leisure Connect on 07520 615 097.

Parking
When you check in to your accommodation you are welcome to park in our reception spaces. When you can access your accommodation, we ask that you park within the one designated parking space for your accommodation. We ask that you do not drive on the grassed areas. There is a limit of one car per accommodation, extra vehicles can park in the overspill car park located outside reception.
Park speed limit for all vehicles is 10mph. We ask that you please drive with caution.
Refuse - Please do not leave rubbish at your accommodation. Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated refuse enclosure located near the main sheds and campers kitchen.
Quiet time is between the hours of 10pm and 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect other park guests and keep noise to an absolute minimum. We do not welcome rowdy groups and noise, nuisance, loud music, offensive language or anti-social behavior. These will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
If you experience unacceptable levels of noise or disturbance at any time during your stay, please call the site warden on 07415 324 421.
Dogs are welcome onsite in pre-booked pet friendly accommodation. A maximum of two dogs are allowed, if you are looking to bring more please make our team aware in advance of your stay. Dogs must be always kept on a lead and please clean up after your dog using the bins provided. Pets must not be left in cars or accommodation unaccompanied.
Logs can be purchased from main reception (Order before 4pm) - Do not collect wood or chop trees from the local area. Fire pits must not be moved.
Campers Kitchen and Lounge facility – Please leave clean and tidy for other guests after use. Please ensure you remove any unwanted food items from the fridges at the end of your stay.
Toilet blocks - Are checked and cleaned regularly, however if you notice a problem in-between checks or supplies need to be restocked, please let reception know as soon as possible. Code for toilet block is C6789.
Chemical toilet – Please do not dispose of any wipes as they will block our system.
Hot Tubs – On each departure all hot tubs are drained, cleaned and water replenished prior to each arrival. If your property is a changeover, then this may mean your tub may not be ready for use until the morning after arrival. We do ask that you do not use the hot tub on your departure day.
On park shop – Our main reception area has a small shop that stocks souvenirs and refreshments.

Children always remain the responsibility of parents / guardians.
We do not allow disposable BBQ's on the park.

Sauchope Links Holiday Park reserves the right to cancel or amend any facilities or activities as advertised in the park without prior notice. Full terms and conditions can be viewed on our website.
We have a selection of on park activities including:
· We offer an outdoor children’s play area located behind the campers kitchen for children up to 12 years (children must be always supervised by an adult)
· A games room that is open all of the time, pool cues are available to hire from reception with a £5 deposit.
· Our on-park swimming pool that open during the Scottish summer holidays and opening tomes do vary due to weather. Please ask reception for open times during your stay.
· Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area and all children under the age of 16, must be supervised by an adult.
The setting of our holiday park allows you to explore the local area including a walk to the local village.
· To reach the local area on foot please follow the dirt path up hill which is located just outside the main gates.
· Our park is located on the Fife coastal route with plenty of walks available for you to explore the local area.
To help you have a smooth departure, please see our handy tips below:
· You must be all packed and left your accommodation by 10am
· Leave your accommodation clean, tidy and undamaged
· Switch off all heaters in the property and close all windows
· Leave the property clean and tidy and as you found it
· Remove all rubbish to the bin collection point located at the top of the main driveway
· Return your key to the main reception
· Report any damage or breakages before you leave
