We know that saving for a holiday can be difficult at times, to make things easier for you we have just launched two new payment options. Choose from either our Non-Refundable Rate or our Flexible Rate, both available to book when your holiday start date is more than 4 weeks away. Simply choose your park, holiday dates, accommodation grade or pitch type and then select the best rate that suits your needs, it’s as simple as that!
Non-Refundable Rate
- Book with the lowest price for your holiday
- Pay with one payment
- Nothing else to do; just look forward to your holiday!
Flexible Rates
- Book with a low deposit
- Spread your payments giving you more time to save up for your holiday
- Have the flexibility to change or cancel your break up to 4 weeks before your arrival date

Terms & conditions apply: The new Non-Refundable and Flexible Rates are available on all new bookings made from 1st April 2025 and apply to direct bookings only. For bookings made selecting the Non-Refundable Rate, bookings are non-refundable, non-amendable and non-cancellable. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Bookings made with the Flexible Rate can be amended or cancelled up to 4 weeks before the holiday start date. Please note that the deposit is non refundable regardless of cancellation date.
