GlasGLOW Returns with Nearby Staycation Option at Campsie Glen

Glasgow is set to glow once again this autumn as the city’s Botanic Gardens host GlasGLOW, Scotland’s largest Halloween light show, returning for its eighth year. Running from 24 October to 2 November, this much-loved event is expected to draw over 80,000 visitors.

This year’s show celebrates the city’s culture and character through nine larger-than-life light installations, from tributes to the Garden Festival to a reimagined Clockwork Orange. With its blend of creativity, neon magic, and seasonal fun, GlasGLOW is a highlight of Scotland’s autumn calendar.
With dazzling displays and imaginative installations, GlasGLOW continues to capture the hearts of locals and visitors alike. Each year’s show brings a new theme celebrating Glasgow’s spirit, creativity, and energy — making it a must-see autumn experience.
